My wife and I had dinner for the first time here. Delicious premium quality food. We tried their short ribs and beef brisket which were cooked for 15 hours in their specialized smoker/griller -- something the restaurant really prides themselves with. Would recommend this place for the food and the price point given the quality. Great ambiance and welcoming staff! Will be back!

Very well located and easy access (I am only use Uber in Dubai) this is a totally mall restaurant. Nothing fancy or pretentious here, but the food was great, I have the short ribs smoked that I could finish because was 300 grams, I totally recommended this place.

Andes was conveniently located in the area where we had our vaccination. We had left home early and were famished and in the mood for something nice and filling. It was so good we came back here after our second dose too! We had the buttermilk pancakes, which are to die for! Even my partner who doesn't have a sweet tooth loved them! They came with toffee sauce, freshly cut strawberries,strawberry compote and nuts. The second dish was the Andes breakfast which, unbeknownst to us, was HUGE and too much for even two moderate eaters like us. With a basket of fresh and hot assorted breads, avocado mash with feta and pumpkin seeds, a fresh salad, 3 poached eggs, hash browns, bacon rashers and sausages, it was the perfect combo to 'breakfast like a king'. Our waitress too, was very polite and prompt. If I have one regret, it was that we were too stuffed to have the pancakes there and had to get them packed after all the effort taken to present them so beautifully.

This is truly a special place and trust me when I say this. They bring out the best Latin american cuisine and you dont need to go far looking for one. Located ideally in the new Central One office building. The Restaurant is a perfect mix of rustic and contemporary, they have indoor seating as well as alfresco. A divide of spaced with trees in the middle of the restaurant is a wise move, that break gives some finesse to the place. You will surely fall in love with this place, simple and elegant. Our starters consisted of grilled calamari and shrimp ravioli. You gotta try these two dishes, please. the grilled calamari was a fine combination of flavours and the spice kick was awesome. The chili mayo was dope, really good. The Ravioli was tops too, truly was amazed by the many flavour profiles used by Andes that give amazing feel in each bite, these guys know what they are doing. Portion size on this was excellent. For the main we got the chicken fillet and the Beef brisket. The chicken used here is top grade corn fed chicken, felt the bird was a bit small, it was gobbled up in no time. On the other hand the brisket was slowly enjoyed, savoring each moment it was in the mouth, emitting the flavours it has been absorbing with the 15 hour slow cook process. Amazing and highly recommended. We had the machu pichu and chocolate tart for dessert. The machu pichu was a mix of citrus fruits topped with passion sorbet, unfortunately the citrus was over powering, so the passion flavours couldn't stand out. On the other hand the the chocolate tart was a winner for me. South america chocolate, berries compote and butter ice creme. The tart was smooth and with a bit strong cocoa flavours, you can smell the Andes in these fresh fruits and the whole presentation.

Delicious food served with the highest etiquettes of service providers. The place is quite and cozy yet having a live counter there is peace. The sitting arrangements are needs a bit of betterment otherwise its best place to be in for a date, family or friends get together. Pocket friendly and appetite friendly too

Andes has a beautiful pleasant ambience and welcoming staff. Had been here to have some breakfast recently. I like the way their menu is so simple and easy to choose on. They have elaborated each item on the menu so we can see what’s on our plate! We ordered for chef’s omelette with onions tomato chives paratha bread and labneh, I t was super fresh and egg was extremely delicious! Along ordered for Andes breakfast which is great meal for 2 and it was quite a large plate for breakfast, no complains here it was smack on and I enjoyed it fully. Andes breakfast includes 4 large hash browns, scrambled eggs, squashed avocado, replaced with chicken franks. Also was served with Spanish latte with almond milk, I loved it and had one more. It was smooth and a good coffee. Anyways it was a good breakfast. Had a good experience. Can’t wait to try their other dishes on the menu!!

Came here for lunch during the AEEDC conference. Ordered the smoked brisket, strawberry iced tea and a cappuccino. Portion size: 5/5 Taste: 3/5 Plating: 3/5 Serving time: 15-20 mins Order comments: The smoked brisket was meant to be served with mashed potatoes and gherkins. However, it was replaced with pickled onions instead of the gherkins. I wasn’t informed ahead of time of the replacement. Plating was average with the mashed potato having shredded cheese just dumped onto it. Plate was chipped - quite sure it wasn’t the design (see for yourself). I think the taste would have improved/be better complimented with the gherkins rather than the onions (overpowered the smokiness of the brisket). Hence, it was marked down when it really deserved a 4 out of 5. Iced tea was pleasant and seemed to have fresh strawberry puree in it. Cappuccino was good. Overall, would recommend if you are in the Trade Centre area or attending a convention/conference. Quick service. Friendly staff. Great outdoor seating.

On a fine Friday afternoon we decided to have an early dinner at Andes in One Central. A good lookin’ restaurant with a perfect ambience and vibe. The staff were all proper lookin’ dapper and polite. Since we told them that it’s our first time to dine at their place, they guided as very well with the menu. Their staff were all well trained and amazing. The service is over the top. So if you are lookin’ for a place to dine where you want to be treated very well, this is the place. Chef Diego and the pastry chef went to our table to explain what we are about to eat, or what we ordered. How cool is that. Plus, they will ask you of what taste you’re looking for. They are very flexible when it comes to taste. We have a lot of nationalities in DUBAI and not everyone wants spicy , tangy or sweet taste on their food. Good news you can tell their chef what your taste buds desires and they will gladly do it for you. Here’s what we ordered and their rating: Starter: Smoked Octopus: 5 ⭐ perfectly prepared. Other’s might think twice because of piscine taste or smell, this doesn’t have it much. And it’s yum Arabian Yellow Fin Tuna Ceviche: 5⭐ Tuna was fresh! Mains: Ribeye steak: 5 ⭐ we highly recommend this. On our plate with this ribeye was mashed potatoes and special sauces, it is over the top! Andes Burger: 5⭐ beef patty was so juicy and soft! Perfectly cooked patty was their secret I guess. Dessert: Rice Milk Ice cream: 5⭐ add this on your list! You don’t want to miss this. Andes Mountains: 5 ⭐ the brownies on our plate with this dessert took our breath away. Congratulations Andes Dubai for having the best team and the best food!
